Lyme and Emotions

One of the patterns I see with Lyme clients is the desire to meet everyone's needs while betraying their own needs. This leads to frustration, resentment, feeling manipulated, and anger, which further fuels the disease. These clients have been pushing, doing, and being with the energy being spent to meet others' needs instead of their own. This can, in itself, lead to fried adrenals and cortisol issues as well. Many have done things or lived a life that went against their own desires while fulfilling the lives of others.

They repress further anger without voicing their feelings, creating boundaries, or stating their desires. The cycle continues over the decades.

To find freedom and healing, one must think, act, and be different. One must discover oneself to be the version one wants to be, not the version others want one to be.
