1. ✧ All Sales Are Final

Due to the instantaneous and irrevocable nature of our offerings — which include frequency-based materials, proprietary frameworks, digital activations, and energetic transmissions — all purchases are final and non-refundable.

This policy applies to:

Courses (live or self-paced)
Mentorships and coaching containers
Energetic transmissions, field reports, or library access
Quanta Capsules, AI-assisted sessions, and frequency-based tools

No exceptions will be made, including non-use, dissatisfaction, personal schedule conflicts, failure to complete the program, or changes in financial circumstances.

2. ✧ What You Receive Upon Enrollment

Enrollment grants you immediate or time-released access to:

Proprietary teachings, frameworks, and activations unique to Kimbley Quantum
Digital or energetic transmissions that cannot be returned or undone
Lifetime or term-based portal access as outlined in your purchase
Entry into a protected field of transformation that begins the moment you say yes

Once access is granted, the transmission begins, whether or not the materials are opened. This is why all sales are final.

3. ✧ Energetic & Legal Agreement

By enrolling, you agree:

To honor the energetic field of this work and the spiritual contract you’ve entered
That attempted chargebacks, disputes, or payment reversals will be considered a breach of this agreement and will be pursued legally
That no portion of the program may be shared, resold, taught, or altered without explicit licensing and written permission from KQC, KQU, or KQM

All materials are copyrighted and protected under U.S. law.
