5. Non-Refundable Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Due to the digital and energetic nature of our offerings:

No refunds, exchanges, withdrawals or cancellations will be honored
Full tuition is required regardless of participation level
Access may be revoked for failed or disputed payments

We hold our work as sacred and proprietary. When you enroll or purchase, you enter a spiritual contract, not just a transactional one.

6. Payment Agreements & Enforcement

If you enroll in a course, mentorship, or subscription:

You agree to complete your full payment as outlined at checkout or in your contract.
Payment disputes or chargebacks will be referred to collections and may result in termination of access, legal fees, and barring from future offerings

7. Testimonials & Case Studies

You grant permission for anonymous or first-name-only use of:

Testimonials you voluntarily provide
Energetic patterns, field observations, and frequency response data shared during a session or broadcast

8. Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any legal proceedings must be filed in this jurisdiction.

You agree to settle any disagreement with Kimbley Quantum Collective®, University™, or Ministries™ via private arbitration or ecclesiastical resolution before legal action is pursued.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site or enrollment in future programs constitutes acceptance of the current terms.

10. Disclaimer of Results

We do not guarantee:

Specific health outcomes
Income or business results
Emotional or energetic responses to the work

Your progress is personal and depends on your participation, environment, willingness, and integrity.

11. Severability

If any part of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that part shall be severed, and the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.
