Truth doesn’t need to shout

It began long before the emails.

Tammy felt it first. A shift in the energy. Something was off — not in the work, but in the container. We both noticed the frequencies changing. Harder. Faster. Less effective. But we kept going. We loved our people.

We flew to Australia twice — on our own dime — to support our team. The second time, something felt unsettled. We went anyway. That’s when the cracks were noticeable.

In March 2025, during a company cruise, the isolation became visible. The four of us sat together at meals. Not at the long tables with everyone else. We knew something had shifted. The energy was undeniable at that point.

When we returned, Tammy did a webinar. After that came the first email.

She was suspended. To get her income back, she had to sign an NDA. Two large teams were removed from her without notice. Her rank was dropped. None of her team members were told. There was so much confusion and anger from team members and we couldn’t do anything.

Then in July, the emails came for both of us. We were offering programs, training, education — the same thing we had done for years. There was so much demand for education that we built it. So many came to us despite training from the company still left in confusion. It’s the same thing others continue to do now without consequence.

Dave and I decided to walk away, as we chose our business over compromising our values to stay.

The messages flooded in after that. Others who had been silenced. Others in the same situation. Story after story.

We outgrew the container. Sometimes things fall apart so they can be rebuilt with integrity.

What we are building now is bigger, stronger, and rooted in truth. That is KQU and the Origin Field. And we are not silent anymore. Truth doesn’t need to shout. It just is.
