What You Can Do at Home to Prevent and Even Reverse the Progression of a Virus
My biggest take away from 2020 was learning this:
Those who control the narrative, control the people.
Today I am sharing with you my personal beliefs on what you can do to avoid and reverse Covid19 symptoms. This is what I have learned and what worked for our family. Much of this information is what I have learned from my Functional Medicine colleagues, Integrative and Holistic Health Providers and some Lyme Literate MD’s. Funny that I address lyme. Most is not all of this stuff are things I have been doing for chronic lyme. If you read any of the stories of the “long haulers” from COVID, it’s just like chronic lyme.
My list of what I recommend to avoid and mitigate Covid19:
Heat up the body! Sauna, sunshine, and sweat!
Vitamin D is crucial for strong immune health. The deficiency of Vitamin D is STRONGLY correlated with those who contract this virus.
Zinc is a must in viral health as it can stop viruses from replicating.
A deficiency of Selenium is also associated with this viral infection.

Stretch, squat, bend, reach, do yoga, go for walks, stand on a vibrator plate, and move the body to MOVE YOUR LYMPH and flush out viruses and bacteria that hide out in your fascia! Coconut and coconut oil are antiviral and anti-bacterial.
What Weakens the Immune System:
SUGAR. Your white blood cells have receptor sites for Vitamin C which enhances the immune system. Sugar fits into the same receptor sites, thus eating sugar displaces vitamin C. It’s either sugar or vitamin C - you decide.
Lack of Sleep
Stress (Your body goes into sympathetic mode, fight or flight, when stressed and this halts the immune system for hours.)
