I understand that certain events may happen which may make it difficult to keep your appointment. In a effort to be fair to all clients, the following policies are established.
CANCELLATION POLICY
24 hour notice is required for cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for another person to take that appointment. If you can not give 24 hour notice you will be FULLY CHARGED FOR THE APPOINTMENT and it must be paid before your next scheduled appointment.
NO SHOWS
If your forget or purposely not show up for your appointment you will be charged FOR YOUR FULL SESSION. This will need to be paid prior to your next session.
LATE ARRIVALS
If you come in late for your appointment your session will be shortened to accommodate the other appointments after yours. regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FULL SESSION.
